ECM-CBR Is an equipment for CBR/IBI automatic evaluation in laboratory or in place according to standards EN 13286-47, BS 1377, D4429-09a or similar

Option to choose from two versions – for in place (in-situ) and laboratory CBR
Both versions are easily portable and adaptable for different types of forms
Kits for quick conversion of in-situ version to laboratory version and vice versa on demand
Basic design of both versions with manually propelled mechanical screw jack
The kit with precise DC motor driven propeller with gearbox for both versions on demand
The motor unit is supplied alternatively by AC mains of 230 V or by board mains DC 12 V
Controlling and recording of test process by microcontroller evaluation unit
Feed speed control with manual version by instructions on evaluation unit screen
Automatic programmable control of stable precise feed speed on motorized versions
Measuring the load by precision load cell with selectable range up to 50 kN
Up to free load cells with different ranges automatically identified by evaluation unit
Measuring the penetration and speed of penetration by precision sensor 30 mm/1 µm
Backup memories for test recordings – optional memory size of up to 100 tests
Test identification is ensured by automatic recording of date and time taken from inbuilt RTC
A possibility to fill in the test supplementary data table on evaluation unit keyboard
Automatic test evaluation including corrections by interlaying the secant to the point of inflexion
Test evaluation not depending on the operator – elimination of mistakes due to transcription and data processing
Instant calculation of CBR and printing of the results including test graphic course
Compact graphic thermo-printer is included beginning with basic delivery
An interface serving for transition of test measurements into PC (NB) - RS232C or USB
SW for PC enabling measurement archiving, processing and documentation included in basic delivery
